Basic head / mind idioms:
1. to make up one’ s mind: to decide
I decided. = I made up my mind.

2. to change one’s mind = to change your decision

3. to go crazy = to go out of one’s mind/head

4. to be crazy = to be out of one’s mind/head

5. I can’t think of any off the top of my head. = I can’t think of any right now.
I just thought of it off the top of my head. = I suddenly had an idea.
