2. as white as a sheet = very pale shocked face color
What happened! You're as white as a sheet!
3. as white as a ghost = very pale because you are scared or shocked

4. to be snowed in = to be trapped inside because there is too much snow outside
It's not melting! It's accumulating. It's sticking.
Ex: We got snowed in today. So we just stayed home.
5. to get rained out / to get snowed out
The baseball game out got rained/snowed out.
6. a snow job = a kind of fraud in which the bad person praises the victim too much
It's a snow job. Don't believe him.
7. to be snowed under = to be very very busy at work
I'd love to meet you for lunch tomorrow, but I can't. I'm snowed under at work.
